Refund Policy

Because all Creative Block LLC products are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been downloaded.
When We May Issue a Refund
We will consider a refund in the following circumstances: you were charged multiple times for the same product, the product files are corrupted or cannot be opened, or you did not receive access to your download after purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, email us at crtvblk@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.
What We Cannot Refund
We cannot issue refunds for change of mind after downloading the files, failure to read the product description before purchasing, incompatibility with software versions not listed in the product requirements, or issues caused by third-party tools, plugins, or system configurations outside our control.
Product Issues
If you experience a technical issue with a product, please contact us before requesting a refund. In many cases we can resolve the issue by providing an updated file or troubleshooting guidance.
